Add caption Skin goals or body goals does not always mean having white skin and slim or eve skinny body. this creates a toxic mindset to girls of colour (especially indonesians since there are so many account that give such an useless article) which is: "if you're not white or at least white-passing, you can't be 'goals'." and that's wrong. that's so terribly wrong. since we were very young, if you're not light-skinned, society will automatically judge you as 'ugly'. light-skinned people are worshipped like hell and people who are dark-skinned are encouraged to 'bleach' their skin (heck why there's a lot of 'whitening' products out there) and if you noticed almost all of the skin care ads product always giving you their best power WHITENING people who don't have sharp noses - out of here. people with curly hair - fuck that, we like straight hair. also, racist stereotypes. black people in indonesia are of
